One of the most important lessons we can teach is encouraging all of our new Tango iReps to be SELECTIVE. The FIRST TWO people are critical to their initial success. Finding the people that are WILLING & ABLE is paramount. If a new Tango iRep places a DUD into one or both of of their first two positions just to meet the qualifications they create a LOG JAM that will result in that new Tango iRep having to go sponsor more people personally just to cycle the first time.


Just because someone is ABLE to spend $299 they are NOT one of the people you want in your #1 or #2 positions if they are NOT WILLING to get two people.

Everyone MUST understand that Positions #1 & #2 are PRIME positions and that they should be RESERVED for individuals that are WILLING and ABLE to not only pay the price of entry but also have agreed IN ADVANCE that they will go get their TWO. In fact, the iRep should take on the posture that they are INTERVIEWING candidates for those positions and the two people that QUALIFY will come in FIRST the rest can come in LATER.


Make it EXCLUSIVE to be placed in those positions. It's OK to wait for the RIGHT person - it will save you headache down the road. Ask your candidates WHO they are planning to bring to the dance - their #1 & #2. I know if we stress the importance of positioning the right people into these top two positions of every bonus cube everyone will make money quicker.
