MLM Self Branding at yourname.com


In 2007 I ran across Ryan Tenbrink from MLM Team Sites whochanged my whole outlook and online direction 100% in the space of a few weeks…

Ryan said: Online business success ONLY comes to those who are Self Promoters!

"You are either comfortable with Branding and promoting Yourself in your business…. OR you work for someone who is comfortable with Branding and promoting themselves"

There is NO "in between" here … it’s as simple as your do.. or you don’t !

When I finally understood that if I didn’t believe in myself and what I was all about, how in in heck would other people believe and trust in me enough to do business with me ??

Let me explain this further…

The Focal point of all this is YOU, http://www.yourname.com/ If you don’t own http://godaddy.com - Go Get it Now ! It will take you just 5 minutes and you’ll be done..

Once you have www.YourName.com you need to install a Self Hosted Wordpress or a free Blogger.com Blog. I prefer Blogger, but it does have it's down fall, but I like it for the ase of use and set up.

Self Hosted means that it can never be deleted by the free blog hosting companies and your blog will become an asset, your Hub, your central nervous system of all your activities online.

You also need to have the blog optimised so that the search engines eat it up and list you on page 1 of Google, that way when people Google your name, there you are on page 1.

This is critical in boosting your success online.

If your a home business owner, a Internet marketer, a network marketer or even thinking of getting started in ANY business you want to promote online your just have to get a properly set up blog or your not even in the game.

Blogs have been around for years, and they are so effective because they are updated with fresh and relevant content… this is exactly what search engines like Google are looking for.

Blogs also have the ability be more friendly than a sales page or a sign up form, and all your marketing efforts should be aimed at sending as much traffic to your blog as it’s a way of educating and informing your visitors about what you do, and what you offer in a way that people prefer.

Ultimately you need to position yourself online to help and add value to your target market, and your blog is the place to do that in the most powerful way.

You can add video and audio to your blog, you can link to your other websites, you can give away a free report, ebook, video or newsletter from your bog to build your list. you can add feeds and widgets from other social sites like Twitter and my bloglog and so much more.
